my two leaders.

Two of my leaders are Machiavelli and Tupac.
Machiavelli rose to power after the overthrow of Girolamo Savonarola in 1498. Working as a diplomat for 14 years, he came in contact with the most powerful figures in Europe. He was dismissed when the Medici family returned to power in 1512, and during the next year he was arrested and tortured for conspiracy. Though soon released, he was not permitted to return to public office. Machiavelli viewed "The Prince" as an objective description of political reality. Because he viewed human nature as venal, grasping, and thoroughly self-serving, he suggested that ruthless cunning is appropriate to the conduct of government. Though admired for its incisive brilliance, the book also has been widely condemned as cynical and amoral, and “Machiavellian” has come to mean deceitful, unscrupulous, and manipulative. So even after being put behind bars for his opnions, he still stood up for what he believed in and wasnt ashamed at all.
Tupac was a rapper, and he also was his own individual. He sold over 75 million albums worldwide, making him one of the best-selling music artists in the world. His lyrics were about poverty, race, depression and just all the hard ships people faced in their lives. Tupac faced tragedy his whole life. He was born poor and in the ghetto, he was raised up poor in the ghetto as well. Even tho he never got what all the rich kids got as children he didnt let that effect him. He was still religious, he still had hope and faith. He took that hope and starting singing about how unfair the world is. He took something so negiative and turned it positive and that is a hero in itself.
